"SUMMER SALE" Promotion Regulations

I. Preliminary Provisions

  1. These Promotion Terms and Conditions, titled "SUMMER SALE" (hereinafter: "Promotion"), define the rules of the Promotion's operation, the conditions for using the Promotion, the scope of products covered by the Promotion, and the rules for submitting and reviewing complaints related to the Promotion.

  1. The Promotion is conducted in the Organizer's online store available at https://happymess.co/ (hereinafter: "Store").

  2. A participant in the Promotion may be a natural person who is a Consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code provisions or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, purchasing Products covered by the Promotion in the Store (hereinafter: "Promotion Participant").

II. Subject of the Promotion and conditions for taking advantage of the Promotion

  1. The subject of the Promotion is the possibility to purchase selected products available in the Store under promotional conditions specified by the Organizer.

  2. Products covered by the Promotion are products marked in the Store as part of the "SUMMER SALE" campaign (hereinafter: "Promotional Products").

  3. Within the Promotion, the Organizer may apply various promotional mechanisms, in particular:

a) price reductions on Promotional Products,

b) additional discounts,

c) promotions depending on the number of Promotional Products purchased,

d) "BUNDLE SALE" type promotions, consisting of granting a discount or other benefit when purchasing a specific set of products,

e) temporary promotional campaigns for selected Promotional Products.

  1. The Promotion may be conducted in several stages, differing in validity period, scope of Promotional Products, and promotion mechanics. The current conditions for each stage, including discount amounts, rules for calculating benefits, and conditions for taking advantage of the promotion, are published in the Store each time.

  2. In the case of "BUNDLE SALE" type promotions, the detailed conditions, including the composition of the set, the amount of the benefit, and the conditions for obtaining it, are specified each time in the description of the given promotion posted in the Store.

  3. Discounts within the Promotion are automatically calculated in the cart, unless the communication regarding the specific promotional action states otherwise.

  4. The Promotion Participant may use the Promotion multiple times, provided that the current Promotion conditions are met each time.

  5. Individual discount codes received as part of newsletter subscriptions or other marketing automation activities may be used for products covered by the Summer Sale promotion, unless the purchase is already subject to additional discount thresholds as part of a Bundle Sale.

  6. Discount codes do not combine with automatic discounts applied in the cart as part of a Bundle Sale — in the case of a purchase covered by a Bundle Sale, the individual discount code will not be applied.

III. Duration of the Promotion

  1. The Promotion is valid from July 10, 2026, until further notice. The Organizer will inform about the end date of the Promotion by publishing an appropriate announcement on the Store's website and in the Organizer's social media.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion Terms and Conditions, including the rules applicable in particular stages of the Promotion, or to terminate the Promotion earlier only for important reasons, in particular due to changes in legal regulations, decisions of competent authorities, technical or system failures preventing the proper conduct of the Promotion, or the occurrence of force majeure.

  3. Changes to the Promotion Terms and Conditions do not affect the rights of Participants acquired before their effective date. The Organizer will inform about each change by publishing the updated Promotion Terms and Conditions in the Store.



IV. Restrictions on the Promotion

  1. The Promotion only covers Promotional Products marked in the Store as part of the "SUMMER SALE" campaign.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude selected products from the Promotion.

  3. The Promotion is valid while stocks of Promotional Products last.

  4. The Promotion does not cover delivery costs, unless the Organizer informs otherwise.

  5. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or special offers valid in the Store, unless the Organizer expressly states otherwise.

  6. In the event of several promotional mechanisms being simultaneously active, the Organizer will always specify the rules for combining them in the communication regarding the specific promotional action.


V. Returns and complaints of Products purchased under the Promotion

  1. Products purchased under the Promotion are subject to return and complaint in accordance with the rules set out in the Store Regulations and applicable Polish law.

  2. In the event of a return of all or part of an order covered by the Promotion, the Organizer may re-verify the fulfillment of the conditions entitling to a discount or other benefit resulting from the Promotion, including "bundle" type promotions.

  3. If, after the return, the Promotion conditions are no longer met, the value of the granted discount will be appropriately recalculated, and the refund will be made in the amount corresponding to the price actually paid for the returned Product after recalculating the Promotion rules.

V. Complaints regarding the Promotion

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted electronically to: help@happymess.co. The Organizer will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the Participant about the manner of its resolution.

VII. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  2. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are available in the Store throughout the Promotion period.

  3. For matters not regulated by these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Store Regulations and applicable law shall apply.

  4. In the event of changes to the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Organizer will make their current version available in the Store.

  5. The rules for processing personal data of Promotion Participants, including the purpose and legal basis for processing, have been regulated in detail in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
