ADO applied technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, it included: the regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item . 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.
The most important elements of the applied system of personal data protection include:

B. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in clients are partially collected automatically from the data provided during registration.

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses a delivery to a different address than the one indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - we need to address the package;
2. address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;
3. phone number to the consignee's recipient - necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than indicated at registration or placing an order, please also provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary to issue a proof of sale;
2. address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary to issue a proof of sale;
The data given when placing the order are processed en.happyess.co in the following scope:
1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label / consignment note which is also a delivery order depending on the selected type of shipment:
