The Data Controller has applied technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR. The most important elements of the personal data protection system used include:

2. We collect and process only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and you must provide separate consent for any activities not related to the execution of the purchase and sale agreement.

III. Personal data, purpose and duration of storage
A. Registration
During registration, we ask you to provide the information necessary to create an account at Happymess.co. This way, you don't have to waste time refilling the entire order form with each subsequent purchase. By registering, you save time and money, as registered customers participate in our loyalty program and receive discounts for previous purchases.
Registered customers can also verify the status of their orders and purchase history after logging in. Registered and logged-in customers can independently correct, add to, or completely delete their data from Happymess.co at any time.
During registration, please:

2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary for us to address the shipment later;

4. telephone number – necessary when choosing certain delivery methods (required by carriers)
Data is stored for a period of 5 years from the last login.
B. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in customers is partially collected automatically from the data provided during registration.
When placing an order, please provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales document and address the shipment;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment;
3.e-mail – necessary for communication related to the execution of the order;
4. telephone number – necessary when selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers).
If, when placing an order, the Customer selects delivery to an address other than the one indicated during registration or placing the order, please also provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – necessary for us to address the shipment;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to address the shipment;
3.telephone number of the recipient of the shipment – ​​necessary when selecting certain delivery methods (required by carriers).
The purpose of processing the Buyer's data provided by the Buyer in connection with purchases made in the Store by the Seller is to fulfill orders. The basis for processing personal data in this case is:
- sales contract or actions taken at the Buyer's request to conclude it (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),
- the legal obligation of the Seller related to accounting (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR) and
- the legitimate interest of the Seller consisting in the processing of data for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending possible claims (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document with data other than the one indicated when registering or placing the order, please also provide:
1. name and surname or name of the company/institution – necessary to issue a sales receipt;
2. address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, postal code and city) – necessary to issue a sales receipt;
The data provided when placing an order is processed by Happymess.co and the following entities to the extent specified below:
1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are transferred to shipping companies in the form of a label/waybill, which is also an order for delivery of the shipment, depending on the selected type of shipment, the following are transferred:

If you use an external payment system for payment, all data provided after visiting the payment operator's website remains registered only in its database and is not in any way accessible or stored by Happymess.co.
Happymess.co cooperates with the following payment operators:
a. PayPro SA with its registered office in Poznań (KRS: 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887) – operator of the Przelewy24 website, which handles online payments, including BLIK and card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
b. PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA with its registered office in Luxembourg – the operator of the PayPal service.
c. Klarna Bank AB (publ) with its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden – operator of Klarna deferred payments.
d. PayPo Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000575158, NIP: 5252634799) – PayPo deferred payments operator.
2. Data are stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the applicable provisions governing the storage period of accounting documents.
C. Marketing
If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it during the registration or ordering process, we only ask for your e-mail address to which we will send commercial information from Happymess.co, which you can unsubscribe from at any time by logging in to your account at Happymess.co or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.

VI. Transfer of your personal data
In special situations where applicable law requires the Personal Data Controller to transfer collected data to state authorities, Happymess.co will make such data available.
Except for these situations, your personal data, to the extent permitted by law and based on separate data processing agreements, is transferred to specific entities solely and exclusively in connection with the need to fulfill the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller. The categories of entities to which data may be transferred include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting firms, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, and carriers.
In the event of such a transfer, the Personal Data Controller concludes appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligation of the Personal Data Controller.
