Withdrawal from the contract

The form below allows both customers with an account in our store and those making a purchase without registering to submit a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

To successfully return products, fill out the form, then go to the “Exchanges and Returns” page and follow the return procedure as instructed. This will allow us to efficiently identify and process your return.

Note: Submitting the form constitutes a notice of withdrawal from the contract, but it does not replace the return procedure described on the “Exchanges and Returns” page. After completing the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been received. We will verify the validity of the withdrawal (compliance with deadlines, condition of the products) after receiving the return shipment.
