After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique code and instructions on how to use it in our store. The card can be used once. It is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable. When shopping above the card limit, the missing amount can be supplemented with other payment methods. Unused cards are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. To receive a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive your desired item. To make a return, please contact us by email and return the package to our address. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
